Judge for yourself: a few hours after DADT was officially repealed last night, this courageous American soldier finally felt ready to inform his unconditionally loving parents just who he really is. If you are a LGBT person and have experienced this scene yourself, this video will bring back both anxious and joyful moments to you. If you are straight, try to imagine what the life of this soldier has been like until now and how it has now changed!
Is America weaker or stronger for repealing DADT? If you can’t answer than question in the affirmative without hesitation, you are homophobic.
Well done America. Better late than never.
